The Haussmann architecture is truly majestic, intermingled with examples of Art Deco (the Lavirotte building on Avenue Rapp and Les Arums on Rue du Champ-de-Mars), while the wide, airy avenues converge at the Champ-de-Mars.

A typically French assortment of brasseries, firmly rooted here since the (not so long ago) 19th century.
